I have an Inspiron just a few weeks old. Microsoft updated Windows 10 Home last evening and my Bluetooth mouse quit working. So I did uninstall all but one of the Windows updates but no help. The last update is a security update which will not allow itself to be uninstalled. It installed with no complaints, but Windows still says the computer still has no Bluetooth adapter. I’ve tried to update it, but Win says it’s already at the current level. I also tried deleting and reinstalling it. Also have tried turning power off for a minute or two before rebooting with no change.
