Everything was working well prior to doing the Windows upgrade on July 3, I reinstalled Office after a hardware failure, Cannot connect Outlook to Hotmail account.

My take on this is that Microsoft be it that they are stopping technical support for Microsoft Office , have screwed up Outlook on purpose after the last upgrade, therefore forcing everyone to upgrade to Microsoft I agree that all they want is the money. I uninstalled my Outlook Getting my email on my ipad and iphone. All the Mocrosoft updates have slowed. I have the same issue and have tried the repair, and it says to install the hotmail connector, which isn’t available.

I tried a manual repair and filled in what I believe I had before and using imap port tls smpt port and tls imap-mail. This is absolutely true. This is the 4th or 5th time that Microsoft has frozen my entire Outlook account. I cannot get a message, and I cannot send a message, and I cannot export my very large contacts address file, and I cannot go back and retrieve any messages from my business.
